Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• Users aged 13–17 may require verifiable parental or guardian consent.
• You must provide accurate information during registration.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

2. Account and Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
• You may not share your account or use another person's account.

3. Use of the Service

• The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial use (learning, entertainment, and participation in quizzes/competitions).
• You may not: copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer the Service; use it for illegal purposes; interfere with others' use; or upload harmful content or code.
• Quizzes and content are for educational/entertainment purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of questions or answers.
• Users must maintain consistent and genuine performance across both quiz attempts.
• A user's first and second quiz attempt scores must not differ by more than 50 percent, otherwise, the account may be flagged for review.

4. User Content and Conduct

• You retain ownership of any content you submit (e.g., quiz answers, profile info).
• By submitting, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and store it for operating and improving the Service.
• You agree not to post abusive, harassing, unlawful, or infringing content. We may remove such content and terminate accounts.

5. Rewards and Prizes

• Participation in quizzes is free. Prizes (cash, data bundles) are awarded based on quiz performance and leaderboard rankings.
• Prizes are promotional incentives, not gambling or lotteries. Winners are selected solely on skill (correct answers and speed where applicable).
• To claim prizes, you must provide accurate redemption details (e.g., bank info). We may verify identity before disbursement.
• We reserve the right to disqualify users for cheating, maintaining multiple accounts, or other violations.
• Prizes are non-transferable and subject to tax withholding or reporting as required by Nigerian law.
• We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party payment providers or networks.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, quizzes, design, software, and trademarks on the Service are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use them without permission except as expressly allowed under these Terms.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service (including loss of prizes, data, or profits).
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the past 12 months.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations, at our discretion. Upon termination, your rights to use the Service end, but Sections 5, 6, 7, 9, and 10 survive termination.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice.
